SLEEP SERENITY — SHIPPING POLICY

Effective date: 23 April 2026

We ship every order with care because your ritual shouldn't be interrupted by delivery drama.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed before 2pm [YOUR TIMEZONE] on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.

You'll receive an email with tracking details the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

SHIPPING ZONES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Sleep Serenity currently ships to:

Domestic ([COUNTRY])
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 2 business days (where available)

International
- Standard: 7–14 business days
- Tracked: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Remote regions, customs clearance, and carrier delays can occasionally extend transit.

SHIPPING COSTS

Cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination, weight, and selected speed.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on:
- All 2-pack orders and above (domestic)
- All Auto-Ship & Save subscription orders (domestic)

International free shipping thresholds vary; see checkout for your region.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@sleepserenity.com with your order number.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping cost and are collected by your local carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Sleep Serenity cannot predict duty amounts — please check with your country's customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Refusing delivery due to customs fees will result in the order being returned to us. Once received, we'll refund the product cost minus original shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- An incorrect address provided at checkout
- Failure to collect from a carrier pickup point within the carrier's hold period
- Refusal at the door without valid reason

We'll contact you to confirm a corrected address. Re-shipping fees apply. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we'll refund the product cost minus original shipping.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot change addresses once an order has shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows "delivered" but your package isn't there:
1. Check with neighbours and household members
2. Look in less-obvious spots (porch, side door, letterbox)
3. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" slightly early
4. Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number
5. If still missing after 48 hours, email hello@sleepserenity.com with your order number and a confirmation you've completed the steps above

For verified lost or stolen packages we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion. Multiple lost-package claims from the same address may be subject to additional verification.

WEATHER & HOT-CLIMATE SHIPPING

Gummies can soften or deform in extreme heat. If you're ordering during summer months or live in a hot region (above 85°F / 29°C sustained), we recommend:
- Scheduling delivery when you'll be home to receive it
- Selecting expedited shipping where available
- Using an alternate cool address (workplace, P.O. box)

If gummies arrive melted or fused together due to transit heat, email hello@sleepserenity.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING

Auto-Ship & Save orders are dispatched on the same date as your original order each cycle. You'll receive tracking details for every shipment. You can reschedule or skip any upcoming shipment from your customer account at [YOUR DOMAIN]/account — changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled ship date.

P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via the standard postal service. Expedited shipping is not available to these addresses.
