SLEEP SERENITY — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective date: 23 April 2026
At Sleep Serenity, we stand behind every bottle. If the product doesn't work for you, we want to make it right.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Because sleep improvements build over time, we give you a full 30 days from the delivery date to try Sleep Serenity and decide. If you've taken it consistently and don't feel a meaningful difference, we'll refund your order — no returns required, and you can keep or dispose of the remaining product.
WHO QUALIFIES
The 30-day guarantee applies to:
- All 2-pack and 3-pack orders (one-time and subscription)
- First-time customers on single-pack orders
The guarantee does NOT apply to:
- Repeat single-pack orders (after the first bottle, we recommend the 2-pack for a proper trial)
- Orders placed more than 30 days before the refund request
- Gift cards and promotional/free items
- Bundles that have been partially consumed beyond one full bottle
RETURNS ON UNOPENED PRODUCT
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened gummy bottles (ingestible goods cannot be resold once the seal is broken). However:
- Unopened, sealed bottles returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full product refund once received at our fulfilment centre. The customer covers return shipping.
- To initiate an unopened-bottle return, email hello@sleepserenity.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email hello@sleepserenity.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
1. Your order number (starts with #SS)
2. The email address used at checkout
3. A short note about your experience — this genuinely helps us improve the formula
We reply within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once issued.
DAMAGED, MELTED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your bottles arrive damaged, melted beyond use, or you received the wrong item, email hello@sleepserenity.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping box
We'll ship a free replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged product.
SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
You can pause, skip, or cancel your Auto-Ship subscription any time from your customer account at [YOUR DOMAIN]/account.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to prevent that order from processing.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled mid-transit, but they remain eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped, except under the 30-day guarantee.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank or card statement (refunds can appear under a different reference)
2. Contact your bank — processing times vary
3. If it still hasn't arrived, email hello@sleepserenity.com
GIFTS
If you received Sleep Serenity as a gift and want to return an unopened bottle, email hello@sleepserenity.com with the order number or the gifter's name. We'll issue store credit for the value of the unopened portion.
